By downloading, accessing, or using the TimeSpace Social mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our App.
TimeSpace B.V., a company organized under the laws of the Netherlands ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), provides the TimeSpace Social App subject to these Terms.2. Description of Service
TimeSpace Social is a location-based social networking platform that allows users to:

Governing Law

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Class Action Waiver
